The session begins with Natalie using warm oils to lubricate your skin and warm your muscles. It then proceeds to a full-body massage, where universal energy is transcendentally converged through the energy centres (chakras) of the body to connect and harmonize the body as one with the universe. The session is safe and secure, no interruptions, just you and Natalie in privacy and trust.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is considered to be among the most basic methods of massage and is among the first styles of massage that new masseurs get to study. Developed by Henrik Ling in Sweden in the 1700s, Swedish massage is particularly to allow the body to absorb more oxygen, thereby rejuvenating the body. Swedish massage is also geared towards detoxification by increasing the speed by which the cells of the body eliminate their waste materials. But more than these, Swedish massage brings to the receiver an immense feeling of satisfaction and relaxation. The basic techniques of Swedish massage are Effleurage, Pettrissage, Tapotement and Vibration.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that basically aims to stimulate the muscles that are further from the surface of the skin. Deep massage is highly intense in pressure and is much more focused in specific areas as compared to more general relaxation specific massage techniques. Deep massage works through the therapists skills in releasing aches and pains such as muscle tension and “adhesions”, or knots in the muscles. Deep massages can sometimes be a little bit more uncomfortable than a classic “relaxation” massage as the pressure is usually stronger and more intense. This pressure is made on purpose as a method of releasing the tension within the muscles in the more “hard to reach” areas of your body.

Holistic Massage

Holistic massage is a kind of massage therapy that treats the entire body. Its name comes from the word “holos,” which is the Greek word for “whole.” While this simple definition may bring to mind the idea of a whole body massage, holistic massage does much more than that. Holistic massage is a massage treatment that is customized for your personal needs and addresses your body’s unique concerns. May involve Reiki, Acupressure and Chakra balancing technique.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage technique involves the placement of smooth basalt stones, stones that are heated by water, on focal points of the body. These focal points include the spine, the palms of the hands and between the fingers and the toes.  The idea behind La Stone therapy is that the heat emanated by these warm stones penetrates deeper into muscle tissue for a more profoundly relaxing effect. The heat loosens up muscles tightened and tensed by stress, thus taking away the pain and the cramping. Moreover, the heat from these stones encourages the blood to circulate more properly within the body to provide more nutrients to individual cells. At the same time, the heat of the stone also stimulates the lymphatic system into transporting waste materials coming from individual cells more efficiently.

Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage – is an efficient form of massage therapy based on the ancient Ayuverdic healing systems. This alternative therapeutic practice involves giving a thorough rubbing down on your head/scalp, face, shoulders and the neck areas. The basic concept of Indian Head Massage is derived from charka-balancing, which, when performed, greatly augments your existing energy level. The massaging action, in fact, is aimed at clearing any blockages that may be present in your energy channels. Such blockage normally leads to unhealthy increase in the level of negative energy that causes many ailments. This type of the massage employs an assortment of massage techniques that help greatly in revitalizing and then sustaining a person’s state of wellbeing.

Facial Massage

Facial massage is good because of many reasons. For one, massage helps to exfoliate the skin, taking away dirt and dead skin cells that make the skin look dull. For another, massage increases the circulation of blood to the face, and such improved circulation makes the skin more nourished and brings to it a healthy glow. And yet another reason is that massage improves the elasticity of the skin, thereby removing the wrinkles and fine lines that are associated with aging.

Reflexology is a healing practice where pressure is applied to certain areas of the foot – and sometimes the hands and ears – to bring healing to the body. These areas are called zones or reflexes; the heart of reflexology is the theory that each zone or reflex corresponds to a particular organ in the body.  Applying pressure to specific zones on the feet and hands is believed to release the blocked energy in the body and encourage the corresponding organs to begin healing and functioning as they should. This is because manipulating the zones on the feet and hands aids in promoting circulation and releases endorphins, which are the feel-good hormones of the body.

Russian clinical massage

Russian clinical massage description – Russian Clinical massage treatment consists of five phases. The beginning is slow for relaxation. The second phase is fast, vigorous, and deep for therapeutic effect. The third phase is soothing again for relaxation and completion. Knuckles, palms, forearms, and the fingers are used in very different ways than traditional European and Asian methods. The fourth phase is the application of vacuum cups to the back and the last phase is the application of honey and massage to the back and neck to complete the treatment.

Every 2.5 days Moon moves into a new sign of the zodiac. Each of the 12 signs rules different part of the body. Astrologist believe that if you choose good day, the influence and benefits of the massage increase significantly.

Here is a brief description of the zodiacal associations for parts of the body.

Aries rules the head and all of its contents (brain, skull, etc).

Taurus rules the throat and the thyroid gland. Gemini rules the shoulders, arms and hands. Gemini also rules the nervous system and often is associated with the lungs and breathing.

Cancer rules the breasts, which is appropriate for the sign most associated with mothering, feeding and nurturing. Cancer also rules the stomach and alimentary canal–the feeding theme continues here.

Leo rules the back, the spine, and the heart.

Virgo rules the belly and the digestive tract, which is appropriate because Virgo is all about sorting and separating. The stomach belongs to Cancer, but Virgo gets the small and large intestines, colon and rectum. Virgos are highly conscious of dirt and disorder.

Libra rules the hips and, through the ruler, it shares with Taurus (Venus), the kidneys. The hips are like a scale inside our body from which our right and left legs dangle, balancing us as we walk.

Scorpio rules the genitals, whether male or female and paradoxically, the nose.

Sagittarius rules the buttocks and thighs. These are the major muscle groups of the body, which makes sense because these are the parts most involved in locomotion, and Sagittarius is the sign of travel and exploration. Through its ruler Jupiter, Sagittarius also rules the liver.

Capricorn is all about structure and thus rules the skeleton with all its bones, including the teeth. The skeleton is the framework on which the rest of our body is built. The skin is ruled by Capricorn too—you see the theme here of boundaries and structure. This sign also governs the knees, as is appropriate for a sign associated with the theme of hierarchy.

Aquarius is all about networking and connecting things to each other into systems and it rules all the joints.

The last zodiac sign Pisces rules the feet.

Anti-cellulite massage

This is the most popular massage amongst East European women. Cups or honey are used to improve texture of your skin. This is one of the best and most effective remedies for cellulite.

It has been tested by many women of different ages and they all have had great success with it. Honey massage is an amazing rejuvenating treatment that also helps to cleanse your body from the toxic cellular waste products and helps lose inches around your thighs.

This type of massage improves blood circulation in your skin tissue and muscles and has a positive effect on your entire nervous system.

After the massage the skin can become red with a burning sensation. You also may get small bruises, but they are supposed to go away fast.

Full description of the massage can be found in Russian clinical massage section.

Magic massage

This is well known as a remedy to help to relax the nervous system. When carried out with skill and awareness, it helps the whole body and the mind to go into the meditative state. Feel good hormones are released. In this state, the brain becomes very receptive, and it is easier to program it to achieve what you desire. Elements of guided meditation are used during this massage.
